Well, my Mother and Grandmother are with me. They've been here since March 29th and will be here until April 8th.

It's their first time to Japan and of course they are very overwhelmed at the differences between Southern California and Tokyo Japan.

We just got back from 3 days in Kyoto Japan which was also an experience. So many old structures there. I took lots of pictures so expect a new feature in a week or two after they leave.

It's also Sakura season (Cherry Blossom) season. It's my first time to experience that. Every year it's different and the first time I was here, 5 years ago, it had just ended. Sakura season lasts about 2 weeks total. It's pretty amazing. I don't know how else to describe it except to imagine lots of popcorn trees. Tree's filled withn nothing but pure white or pure pink popcorn. It's really amazing. I'll put up a feature about that too as soon as I get a chance.
