It's debatable if software like Sleipnir can be called a browser. It uses the entire Trident engine from Internet Explorer and build on that to basically create an IE with dramatically increased functionality. Some call it a hack, but the Trident engine was designed to be modular and thus be used by other developers in their own software. Sleipnir is a marketing company, basically.  They don't make any of their own technologies (i.e. they're using either Gecko or Trident as their base.) They do have decent marketshare among Japanese techies who need to use IE but want more customizability.
